PAY NOW – You can pay using VISA or Mastercard in any of our shipping locations. Payment will be taken from your bank account as soon as your order is shipped.

Standard home delivery
• Shipping cost: 19 USD.
• Free shipping for orders over 200 USD.
• Delivery time: 4-6 working days after receiving your order confirmation (excluding customs processing times).
• Certain remote places can take 5-11 days.
• Your order is shipped from Tilburg, Netherlands.

How can I track my parcel?
As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.
You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.
Undeliverable parcels
If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to Monki.
Import taxes, local taxes and customs duties
Please note that the prices on monki.com do not include local sales tax or VAT. If local taxes are to be borne by you, it will be presented in the checkout. If the value of your order exceeds the toll-free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes and custom duties upon delivery. Monki does not compensate these charges.

How to pay these fees
Once the parcel has entered the market destination, it will be held by Customs for clearance. During this time, import duties and tax fees (should they apply) will be calculated by the present authority. Our transport partner will contact you once the order has reached the local Customs and inform you what you need to pay before the order can go through customs.
Bank fees
Please note that your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. Monki does not compensate these charges.
