Monki Cares. A more sustainable choice

One of our main goals with Monki Cares is to move to sustainably sourced materials in our collection. By 2020 we wanted to source 100% sustainably sourced cotton– but guess what? We got there early.
To celebrate, this curated Monki Cares Edit features some of our favourite Monki cares styles out right now. From the quality cotton basics every wardrobe relies on, like t-shirts and tank tops, to style essentials—the stand-out blouse, the crisp cotton shirt and all the way to fashion’s it garments; cotton is a key part of the way we dress.

By reaching our goal for sustainably sourced cotton, we take one small but important step towards a kinder future for all. Throughout our collection, from this drop on. And forever. So as much as we like this curated selection of favourites, there is much more to be seen!

By sustainably sourced cotton, we mean cotton produced by methods that reduce the environmental footprint in a significant way and improve cotton production as a whole. It includes organic cotton, recycled cotton and Better Cotton. Read more (bettercotton.org)
The aim is to help support an ongoing change in the cotton industry, that is better for the environment and the people who produce the cotton. And keep an eye out more of our initiatives: recycled polyester, recycled wool or recycled plastic for example.
