We want to keep you shopping with as little interruption as possible but as we prepare to move, monki.com may be unavailable at times.
If you don't have one already, a new account will be created on weekday.com with the same login details as your Monki online account. This means you can sign in and shop Monki products on Weekday once we have moved but you will not be able to see your order history from monki.com.
There is no need to create a new account on weekday.com, we will open an account for you with the same details as your Monki one. When you go to weekday.com you will be emailed a verification code to log in.
You will automatically be signed up to the Weekday newsletter to get updates on all our products, including Monki.
No, your monki.com orders placed before the move will not be visible on weekday.com. You can see all your order details in your order emails.
No, your favourites on monki.com will not be transferred to Weekday.
Yes! Please return your Monki items as normal and follow the instructions on the delivery note in your parcel. Read more here.
