40% commission for each sold piece goes to you!
We’ll keep your items for 5 weeks. If they don’t sell, we’ll either hold on to them for 7 days for you to pick up (if you wish), or, we’ll send the unsold items to our partner Remondis who’ll re-use, re-make or recycle them for you. In that way, your Preloved clothing can come to great use, over and over again!
Please cancel your booking on your profile or call the store.
Our goal is to roll out the concept in more stores and markets in the future. Keep your eyes open for more info and new locations by signing up to our newsletter.
All items in our Preloved area are carefully chosen pieces from you, our style experts within the Monki community.
Of course, we’ll accept other brands and vintage pieces! We know you have great style, and as long as the items are inspiring, trending and in good condition – don’t hesitate to bring them in!
You can book one time slot (30 minutes) per week and bring a maximum of 10 pieces to your appointment.
When we’ve sold your item(s), you’ll receive payment on the first week of the following month to your registered IBAN number.
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns. But why not try to sell it again if you no longer use it?
Today, only 1% of the textiles out there can be recycled into new clothes. While technical solutions on a bigger scale aren’t available yet, Monki wants to be a part of the work for a more sustainable world of fashion. So instead of just waiting for those solutions to come into place, we believe in reusing the clothes that are out there, extending the lifespan.
